Staff Recommendation as Approved

The City Commission hear a presentation and award American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Affordable Housing funds to the Commission-selected applicants. Motion: Approve Staff’s recommendation.

Competitive Process

Awards followed a published Notice of Funding Availability with documented evaluation criteria, an AHAC (Affordable Housing Advisory Committee) score summary and individual evaluation forms, and a separate staff evaluation. Eligible projects included Creekside Commons, NHDC, East University Avenue Cottages, Eden Park Phase 2, Jessie’s Village, Oakview Apartments Phase 2, and Woodland Park Phase 2.
